What to expect
In the Manchester Physio Intermediate - Advanced class your physiotherapist will teach you how to progress your basic Pilates exercises. The Intermediate - Advanced Pilates class is ideal for sporting people to develop a strong central core; maximising power production and overall technique in their sport.
Exercises will work on challenging your core with upper and lower limb movement and added weight resistance, whilst maintaining incorporation of the six principles of Pilates:
Intermediate-Advanced classes challenge the core further by progression to more dynamic movements and involve the addition of equipment such as weights, gym balls and magic circles.
